摘要
应用系统评价方法,建立了汽车覆盖件模具数控加工刀具运动轨迹的评价指标体系结构和优化评估模型。介绍了系统评价中常用的层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法,提出了完整的刀具轨迹生成优化评估与决策方法。以粗加工为例详细说明了刀具轨迹各因素权重和模糊综合评价时隶属度向量的确定方法等。
System structure of evaluation index and optimum assessment model Of numerically controlled proceesing tool motion path for automobile outer covering component dies is set up by means of system evaluation method. The commonly used level analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the system evaluation is presented, optimum assessment and decision method of complete tool path creation is proposed and determination method for vector of subordination degree at the time of factor weighing and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of tool path is explained in detail with rough processing as an example.
