摘要
在板材成型过程中,需要精确地描述材料各向异性特征,讨论了描述金属材料力学特性理论的进展,给出了三参数Barlat-Lian各向异性屈服函数材料模型;用有限元方法对胀形过程进行了数值模拟,研究了不同类型屈服函数对计算精度的影响。
It is necessary to accurately describe different characteristics in various directions of material during forming operation of sheet stock. Theoretic progress of metallic material mechanical properties is discussed and triple parameter Barlat-Lian yielding function material model of different characteristics in various directions is given. Numerical analogue of expanding forming procedure is carried out by means of finite alement method and effect of different kind yielding function to calculation accuracy is surveyed.
