摘要
目的:掌握海门市女性乳腺癌死亡水平及其变化趋势。方法:采用描述性分析研究海门市1989年～2008年间居民全死因登记报告资料,分析统计女性乳腺癌死亡率。结果:1989年～2008年海门市女性乳腺癌粗死亡率为6.75/10万,调整死亡率为4.15/10万。该市女性乳腺癌粗死亡率20年间上升了62.62%,呈逐年上升趋势,乳腺癌死亡居女性各类癌症死亡率的第6位。该资料显示女姓乳腺癌的死亡有两个年龄段高峰,即55岁组和80岁组。结论:海门市乳腺癌死亡率略高于全国平均水平,并呈逐年上升趋势,应引起关注。
Objective： To investigate the mortality and trend for female with breast cancer during 1989-2008 in Haimen City. Methods： Using the data from registration system of all death cause in Haimen City, the female breast cancer mortality from 1989 to 2008 was analyzed statistically. Result：The crude mortality of female with breast cancer from 1989 to 2008 was 6. 75/100,000 in Haimen City, and the adjusting mortality was 6. 75/100,000. The crude mortality of female with breast cancer rose 62.62% during 20 years, which showed an upward trend year after year. It ranked the sixth death cause among all female malignancies eancer. Haimen female breast cancer death marked the peak of the two age groups （55-year-old group, 80-year-old group）. Conclusion： The mortality of breast cancer is slightly higher than the national average level in Haimen, and showed a clear upward trend year by year. There was a need for active and effective prevention.
