尿微量白蛋白对糖尿病肾病早期诊断重要性

The Role of Level of Urinary Microalbumin in Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨尿微量白蛋白对糖尿病肾病早期诊断的重要性。方法:测定糖尿病患者晨尿中尿微量白蛋白,与正常人晨尿中尿微量白蛋白的比较。结果:糖尿病患者组尿微量白蛋白均值明显高于正常组,P<0.01有显著性差异。结论:糖尿病患者的尿微量白蛋白明显升高,对于糖尿病肾病的早期诊断、治疗具有重要临床意义。

Objective： To explore the role of level of urinary micro-albumin in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Method： Detecting the level of urinary micro-albumin in diabetic patients in the morning then comparing it with normal person.Result： The level of urinary micro-albumin in diabetic patients was superior to the normal ones（P＆lt;0.01）.There s significant difference.Conclusion： It s important to detect the level of urinary micro-albumin for early diagnosing of diabetic nephropathy.
