CpG ODN免疫活性及其抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘要
含有CpG基序的脱氧寡核苷酸(CpGoligodeoxynucleotide,CpGODN)广泛存在于细菌DNA中,能激活多种免疫细胞,产生多种细胞因子,具有强烈的免疫激活功能,已成为肿瘤免疫治疗研究领域的新热点。
