隐性知识显性化与企业核心竞争力的丧失

The Externalization of Tacit Knowledge and the Loss of Enterprises' Core Competence

野中郁次郎认为,在知识转化的SECI模型中,隐性知识显性化是至关重要的。但是,由于隐性知识本身的特点,这一过程实际上几乎是无法实现的。即使可以实现,对于企业而言也未必是件好事。因为伴随着隐性知识的显性化,企业很可能会丧失其核心竞争力。

Ikujiro Nonaka pointed out that according to the SECI model, the externalization of tacit knowledge is vitally sig-nificant. However, owing to the traits of tacit knowledge itself, the process of externalization is hardly to achieve. Even though it＇s possible, however, it＇s not necessarily a good deed for the enterprises. Because accompany the externalization of tacit knowledge, the enterprises＇ core competence is easy to lose.
