摘要
在前人相关研究的基础上,提出了一个搜索引擎网站用户忠诚度影响因素的研究模型,分析了搜索引擎网站用户忠诚度影响因素主要包括可用性、知名度、信任、满意度和信息检索模型评价等,此外,用户对搜索引擎的熟悉度对用户的信息获取行为也起到了重要的作用。
On the basis of previous research, this article introduced a model of masons of users' loyalty to search engine,and analysed the reasons of users' loyalty to search engine, including usability, reputation, trust, satisfaction and the evaluation of information retrieval model and so on. Besides, users' familiarity with search entwine was playing an important role to the activity of users' information retrieving.
