摘要
介绍了利用电场感应技术进行储罐泄漏检测的原理、实现方法、试验数据分析及应用领域等问题。对不同介质感应信号强度的检测表明,依据电场感应原理制造的检测仪对水、机油、柴油、煤油、汽油等流动状态介质的泄漏可报警,可用于石油、石化行业等多种类别储罐的腐蚀泄漏检测。在试验室开展了升温、降温、蒸汽湿度及浸润试验,检测仪工作稳定。对国内某炼油厂汽油罐进行了现场数据监测,检测结果准确。
The paper introduces the principle, implementation method, data analysis and application field of E-field inductive technology including its application in leakage detection of tanks. Detection on inductive signal level for different medium displays that the detector manufactured based on E-field inductiveprinciple is sensitive to give off alarm of flowing water, engine oil, diesel, kerosene and gasoline if leak occurs,which can be used to detect corrosion leakage of tanks applied in petroleum and petrochemistry industries. Laboratory experiments on temperature rise,temperature drop,vapor humidity and soakage are carried out which show the stabilitv of the detector. Field data monitorine on a gasoline tank of somerefinery is made and accurate results are obtained.
