摘要
为了提高柴油机工作状态检测的效果,根据局域波分解的特点和信号缓变趋势的重构方法,提取了柴油机燃烧阶段缸盖振动信号的趋势,从中确定出柴油机真实燃烧状况。实验表明,此方法能反映出柴油机不同喷油状态下的特征信息,与实测缸内压力信号所反映的信息相似。但比用实测缸压来估计工作状态的方法更实用,更易测得。
In order to improve the measurement of the operating state of a diesel, the trend of vibration signals from the diesel during combustion was obtained based on characteristics of local wave decomposition and the method for reconstructing the trend of slow signal changes thereby determining the true combustion state of the diesel. Experiments indicate that the method presents information on characteristics of the diesel in different fuel injection states, which is similar with information from pressure signals measured in the cylinder. Moreover, the proposed method is more practical and easier for measurement.
