关于我军基层部队研究生干部培养质量的思考

On the Education Quality of Graduate Cadres at the Grass-roots Units in Our Army

针对当前部队研究生培养使用中出现的实际情况,分析了部队研究生教育的基本定位、质量标准,指出了当前部队研究生培养质量上存在的主要问题,分析了影响培养质量的几个深层次矛盾.并结合我军学位与研究生发展改革实际,提出了进一步提高部队应用型研究生培养质量的对策与思考.

According to the current situation of the unit graduates being educated and employed, the basic orientation of the graduate education and the quality standard were analyzed. And then the main problems existing in the education quality of the unit graduates were pointed out, and a few underlying contradictions that impact the quality of graduate education analyzed. Finally, by combining with the innovation and development of graduates and degree in our army, the countermeasures and thinking for further improving the quality of unit＇s application type of graduates education were put forward.
