普罗布考对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块作用的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Effect of Probucol on Carotid Atherosclerosis Plaque

目的:为探讨普罗布考对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法:对50例冠心病患者采用彩色多普勒仪测定口服普罗布考12周前、后颈动脉粥样斑块的大小,同时,检测服药前、后血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果:12周后,颈动脉粥样斑块明显缩小。普罗布考对甘油三酯无明显影响,但是血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显降低。结论:普罗布考可稳定或缩小颈动脉粥样斑块,对冠心病的防治具有重要的临床意义。

Objective： To explore the effect of Probucol on carotid atherosclerosis plaque. Methods： Carotid atherosclerosis plaque were measured by color Dopplar in 50 patients with coronary heart disease 12 weeks he/ore and after administration of Probucol（orally）. Meanwhile, serum total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL- C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL- C） were determined as well by routine. Results ： At the end of 12 weeks, the carotid atherosclerosis plaque decreased markedly. Probucol did not change serum levl of TG, but the serum levels of TC and LDL-C were significantly lowered. Conclusion： Probucol may stabilize or decrease carotid atherosclerosis plaque, which is of great clinical significance for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
