树形分子的制备及对量子点荧光性能的影响 被引量:1

Synthesis of PAMAM Dendrimers and the effects to the fluorescence properties of the CdTe quantum dots

摘要 采用发散法合成了以乙醇胺为初始核的扇形树枝状化合物PAMAM,用核磁共振法(1H NMR和13C NMR)对G1.0—NH2,G1.0—SH进行了表征,证实了其结构;并用荧光分光光度计检测了PAMAM对CdTe量子点水溶液的荧光性质的影响。发现PAMAM树形分子可增强CdTe-TGA量子点的荧光,不同浓度的PAMAM对量子点荧光性能的影响不同。 First generation (G1.0) sectorial poly (amido amine) dendrimers (PAMAM) with ethanolamine core and amino terminals ( NH2 - PAMAM: G1.0 - NH2 ) were synthesized by a divergent route. Thiol - funetionalised G1.0 PAMAM dendrimers ( SH - PAMAM : G1.0 - SH) were prepared by reacting NH2 - PAMAM dendrimers with commercially available Methyl thioglyeolate. The structure of the dendrimers was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR. The effect of the dendrimers on the fluorescence properties of mercaptoacetic acid capped CdTe quantum dots ( CdTe - TGA) were studied using fluorescence titration. The results showed that two kinds of the dendrimers would enhance the fluorescence intensity of CdTe - TGA QDs.
