柠檬酸酒石酸复配体系对亚麻织物的防皱整理作用

摘要 以过硫酸钾为促进剂,将柠檬酸和酒石酸应用于亚麻织物的无醛防皱整理。讨论了整理剂的物质的量比及用量对织物折皱回复角、断裂强度保留率及白度的影响。结果显示,在使用w(柠檬酸)为10%(占整理液质量)的柠檬酸以及柠檬酸/酒石酸为1∶0.5(物质的量比),并用w(次磷酸钠)为3%(占整理液总质量)的催化剂在165℃焙烘3 min,可获得良好的织物折皱回复角、断裂强度保留率和白度。 Linen fabrics were treated with citric and tartaric acids as nonformaldehyde durable press finishing agents. The two acids were copolymerized with potassium persulfate as the initiator. The effects of reagent concentrations and mole ratio of monomers on the wrinkle recovery angle (WRA), strength retention, and whiteness indices of finished fabrics were investigated. The results indicated that at 10% on weight of bath (owb) citric acid treatments with n( citric acid) :n ( tartaric acid) equal to 1:0.5 using 3% on weight of bath (owb) catalyst and 165℃ curing temperature for 3 minutes, durable press finishing of linen fabrics treated with copolymer provided good strength retention and good DWRA and whiteness.
