摘要
研究了以乙酸和正丁醇为原料,磷钼钒杂多酸为催化剂合成乙酸正丁酯的反应,考察了原料醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,经过试验确定了合成乙酸正丁酯的较佳工艺条件,醇酸物质的量比为1.2:1,磷钼钒杂多酸催化剂用量为反应液总量的0.6%,反应时间为85min,反应温度为115℃,在此条件下,乙酸正丁酯的收率为93%-95%。
Sythesis of n - Butyl acetate by esterification of n - buthanol and acetic acid as starting materials in the presence of Phosphomolybdate vanadium heteropolyacid catalyst was proposed. The reaction conditions, such as acid - alcohol ratio, reaction temperature and time, amount of catalysts were examined. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of alcohol to acid were 1.2: 1, weight of heteropolyacid was 0.6% of total weight, reaction time was 85min, reaction temperature was 115℃. Under the optimum conditions, the yield was about 93% - 95%.
