There is capital account liberalization with the economic globalization. But does capital account liberalization bring instability of macro economy？ The issue is a controversial one in economics. The capital account liberalization should lead to instability of macro economy under certain conditions and therefore, relevant measures should be taken to maintain the stability of macro economy in the process of capital account liberalization.
