摘要
导游人员由国家干部变成自由职业者,身份的改变也改变了导游的生存方式,违规操作成为常态,诚信缺失在导游这一职业中是普遍现象。在旅游市场上,旅行社、旅游者、旅游市场管理者都对导游人员的诚信缺失负有责任,而导游自身的素质不高,缺乏保障以及诚信缺失的成本过低,都是其诚信缺失的原因。对导游加强管理,引入网上测评、加大信息公开、更好地实施退出机制,是做好导游诚信管理的有效手段。
Tourist guides who once were government employees change their way of life with the change of their jobs to be a freelancer. More incidences of rule breaking and loss of credibility happen in this occupation. The travel agency, tourists and the tourism market administrators all have the responsibility as far as that is concerned in the tourism market. Low qualification, lack of security as well as low cost of dishonesty are part of the causes. Enhancing the management of tourist guides, introducing online evaluation, increasing information publicity and better implementation of exit mechanism are effective ways to improve tourist guide management.
