摘要 开发设计的列车车次信息语音查询系统是一个基于PSTN网络的交互式自动语音应答服务系统,其主要作用是为用户通过手机、固定电话查询车次信息提供自动的语音应答服务。介绍了该系统的主要设计方法,包括建立连接电话网的CTI服务器、系统平台、后台数据库和语音文件库。系统平台的设计使用界面操作性好的C++Builder软件,后台数据库使用Access数据库建立。应用计算机电话集成(CTI)技术和自动语音应答(IVR)技术,构建的车次信息查询系统提供了与电话网的接入功能,为用户服务的自动语音引导、查询功能,还为管理人员建立了友好的前台列车车次信息管理平台。 The phonetic inquiry system of the train number is a automatically interactive voice response service system based on the PSTN network. The voice response services of train number information which users can inquire by cellphone or landline are supplied in the system.The main designed method of the system is introduced in the paper. The system consists of the establishment of the CTI server connecting the telephone network, the platform of the system, database and voice documents of the background. The systemic platform designed uses the software of C + + Builder whose interface for operation is very friendly .The background database established uses the software of Access 2000. The inquiry system of the train number has been established with the technology of CTI and IVR. The system supplies the functions of connecting the telephone network, the automatically interactive voice response service, the management platform by which the administrators of the system can manage train number information.
