真丝织物的前处理及染色性能研究

The investigation of the pretreatment and dyeing properties of silk fabrics

对酶脱胶前处理工艺及染色性能进行了研究,通过正交实验及单因素的影响实验确定了最佳工艺,并与常规的碱脱胶工艺进行了比较。实验结果表明,酸性蛋白酶对丝绸织物脱胶后的上染百分率较皂碱法脱胶有了明显的提高,水洗牢度也有所提高。

In this paper, the dyeing properties of silk fabrics degumming with protase were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined through the orthogonal test and single factor influential test, compared with common alkali degumming. It appeared thal the dyeing percentage of degunming silk fabrics with protease was more improved and the washing fastness was also increased.
