摘要
本文简述了制造连续式托板链提升机时对原托板链的承载力,磨损面,受力点,可靠性,使用寿命,维修难易进行综合考虑分析,采用改变受力点、受力结构的改进及创新,设计出承重型连续式提升机托板链,解决了原耗板链承重能力差,故障率高的难题,并成功应用于某外资企业FZ-480型翻板提升机,取得的显著成效。
This paper briefs the following points covering carrying force, friction surface, force point, reability, the life time, repair, etc. of the original puller chain when making the continuous puller lifter. By way of changing the force point, force structure improvement, a new forceful continuous lifer chain is designed to solve the problem that has been in front of us.
