超声法提取三孢布拉氏霉中的β-胡萝卜素

Extraction of β-carotene from Blakeslea trispora by ultrasonication

采用正交试验优化了超声法提取三孢布拉霉中β-胡萝卜素的工艺条件。最佳工艺条件为:15倍量的乙酸乙酯,35℃,100 W超声提取40 min;二级提取。加入抗氧化剂可使β-胡萝卜素提取率提高5.7%,达到89.2%。

The orthogonal test was used for optimizing ultrasonic extraction of β-carotene from Blakeslea trispora. The optimum process for extraction of β-carotene was that the ratio of ethyl acetate and mycelium being 15 ： 1 and extraction was performed twice at 35 ℃ for 40 min with 100 W ultrasonic treatment. The yield of β-carotene will be increased by 5.7 % and up to 89.2 % when antioxidant was added.
