摘要
制备了聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯交联微球,用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、激光粒度分析仪等对微球进行了表征,研究了溶胀剂、引发剂、苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯、加料顺序等反应条件对微球形貌的影响。结果表明,实验选用过氧化苯甲酰作为引发剂,质量分数为1.26%~6.12%;丙酮为溶胀剂,质量分数为2.65%~34.28%;制备的交联微球呈单分散性。
Cross-linked ST-DVB micro-spheres were prepared and characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectrometer(IR) and size analysis. The effect of monomer, initiator, ST/DVB and adding sequence of material on the size distribution of the polystyrene micro-spheres was studied. Experimental result showed that cross-linked St-DVB micro-spheres displayed mono-disperse when peroxidation benzene formyl was used as initiator and quality is 1.26%-6.12%, acetone is used as swelling agent and the quality percent is 2.65%-34.28%.
