摘要
本文介绍无碳复写纸原纸采用PPE湿强剂的表面施胶生产工艺,通过生产实践的对比试验,进行分析研究,证明该工艺可提高无碳复写纸原纸的温湿度适应性,从而能有效降低无碳复写纸的翘曲值,并对其成效原因从纸张结构性能和表面施胶机理方面进行探讨。
The process of using PPE as surface sizing agent in carbonless base paper was discussed. The process was improved to raise the adaptability of humidity temperature by practice test, wraping value was reduced, the reasons were analyzed in the field of paper structure and sizing mechanism.
