Evaluation of a Large Scale Paper Machine Project with Analytical Hierarchy Process

本文用层次分析法对一个大型纸机项目进行综合评价,建立模型,提出15个影响因素,得出结论是顾客满意是企业关注的焦点,设备优化组合在该项目中起关键作用,另外产品质量是企业占领市场的基础,但员工年龄分布和企业协调能力在该项目中关注度要加强。

A large scale ＆ modern paper machine project was evaluated with Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP）, the model was set up and 15 factors was listed. The results showed that customer satisfaction was the most important factor, optimization of the equipments was another key factor and the quality control was also important, but the staff＇s age distribution and corresponding ability should be paid more attention.
