细旦异形吸湿排汗抗菌涤纶长丝研究

摘要 从切片及抗菌母粒的品质、纺丝过程和假捻变形工艺等方面对该种产品的生产进行了探讨。结果证明,采用合适纺丝和假捻变形工艺及流程便能生产出品质优、手感及功能性好的细旦异形吸湿排汗抗菌涤纶DTY产品。 The production of fine denier profiled moisture absorption and sweat dischargeable antibacterial PET fidament was discussed from the aspect such as the quality of chip and antibacterial masterbatch,spinning process and false-twist texturing technology. The results showed that by using the reasonable spinning and false-twist texturing technology and process, the fine denier profiled moisture absorption and sweat dischargeable antibacterial PET DTY product with good quality and better hand feeling and functionality can be produced.
