变频调速下木工带锯条横向摆动动力特性分析

Dynamic analysis of side throw of woodworking band saw blades based on the frequency control

摘要 本文采用位移法,实测MJ397型木工带锯机不同转速下的带锯条横向摆动量,分析其动态特性。主要结果表明,由于行波现象,开机空载和负载时的锯条横向摆动量大小与锯轮转速成非线性相关等结论。 The paper measures the transverse oscillating quantitys of woodworking band saw blade, mode MJ397 under different rotate speeds by means of displacement formulation, and analyse its dynamical property. The main results indicate that transverse oscillating quantity of band saw blade is nonlinear relation with rotate speed of saw wheel as a results of travelling wave phenomenon.
