摘要
2007年晚冬—2008年早春,营造在辽宁东部山区的加拿大东部白松种源试验林发生不同程度的冻害,以乡土树种红松作对照开展东部白松抗冻优良种源选择研究。结果表明,在不同种源之间,树高、胸径和冻害指数差异均达到极显著水平,通过统计分析、综合评定和聚类分析,筛选出抗冻优良种源是来自北纬44°、西经79°的15号、16号种源和北纬44°、西经77°的4号种源,其树高遗传力为18%,遗传增益为4.9%,地径遗传力为21.8%,遗传增益为6.1%。这3个优良种源的抗冻指数遗传力可达47.6%,能够显著地提高抗冻程度,并可获得显著的增产效益。东部白松的生长量显著高于辽宁省的乡土树种红松。
Experimental forests of Canada eastern white pine planted at the east of Liaoning Province in 2003 were subjected to a catastrophe which was caused by the cold temperature from late 2007 to early 2008. A study was conducted to select superior provenance of Canada eastern white pine using the native tree species Korean pine the control. Results showed that the differences in tree height, diameter at breast height, and freezing injury index were notable between different provenances. Provenances number 15 and 16 from 44 degrees north latitude and 79 degrees west longitude and provenance number 4 from 44 degrees north latitude and 77 degrees west longitude were screened out based on the results of variance analysis, multiple comparisons and cluster analysis. The heritabilities and genetic gain of tree height and basal diameter for the superior provenances were 18.0% , 21.8% and 4.9%, 6.1% , respectively, and the heritability of freezing injury index reached 47.6%. The growth of Canada eastern white pine was obviously higher than that of Korean pine, which proves that Canada eastern white pine is a promising fine tree species in Liaoning Province.
