四种公立医院法人治理模式的评价与分析

The evaluation and analysis of four kinds of corporate governance model of public hospital

在文献回顾与现场调研数据分析的基础上,把我国现有的公立医院法人治理模式依据改革的特征分为内部管理机制变革型、政事分开性、管办分开型、所有权变更型四种基本模式,并利用"冰河模型"分别对四种法人治理模式的优劣势进行评价,分析各种法人治理模式的实施条件,提出选择适宜的公立医院法人治理模式的建议,以期为正在进行中的我国公立医院改革提供一些参考和决策依据。

Based on thelterature review and field data analysis the existing public governance models are divided into four types which are the internai management mechanism reform, the separation of supervison and Operation, the separation of admin strative units and institutions and the type of hospital ownership change. By the use of Ice Models. the study evaluates the strengths and weaknesses; conditions of the four models respectively, and makes recommendations on how to select appopriate mode, of corporate govermance in order to provide Sbme references and bases for decision making, for the ongoing, reform of public hospitals in our country.
