摘要
应用CFX软件及标准k-ε湍流模型和多参考坐标系,实现了冲压式多级离心泵任意一整级(包括叶轮、导叶及泵体)的全三维流场的数值模拟。通过分析冲压泵内流场的压力分布和流速分布,进而计算出泵的特性曲线,并与实验性能曲线进行验证,为冲压泵的优化设计提供参考。
Using CFX software, multiple reference frame and standard k-ε turbulence model, the three-dimensional turbulent flow through a stamping multi-stage centrifugal pump is numerically simulated, including flow fields in impeller, diffuser and pump body. Through analyzing pressure and velocity distribution, the performance curve of the pump is calculated based on the simulation results and compared with the experimental performance curve to supply reference for optimization design of stamping centrifugal pump.
