摘要
通过对长丰县灌区农民用水户协会的调查,分析了长丰县灌区农民用水户协会建设发展过程中存在4个方面的主要问题,并提出了今后该县灌区农民用水户协会建设发展的意见与建议,对于新时期农村水利建设管理具有积极地指导作用。
Through investigation of water user association in irrigation districts of Changfeng County, four main problems, which existed in the development process of water user association, were analyzed in this paper. Several proposals were also given for future construction of water user association in irrigation districts of Changfeng County. This has guidance significance for the rural hydraulic engineering management in the new age.
