摘要
体育运动的"场上意识"的形成并非一时一事之功,它必须有较长时间逐渐成熟的过程。为此,培养篮球运动员的场上意识要从初学者抓起,经过长时间的熏陶渗透以及自我经验的积累。
The ＂on-the-court consciousness＂ can not be formed at one moment and it can be imperceptibly influenced.Therefore,cultivating such consciousness should start with training learners,it needs long time and gradualy and self experience accumulation.
