摘要
在对矿井通风机技术性能测试时,目前普遍采用风门法和板阻法来调节风量,进而调节风机的工况点。但由于受现场条件的限制,往往测试起来误差很大,也极不安全。本文介绍一种用金属网贴片的安全增阻法。采取这种方法准备工作量小,简便易行,测出的数字不产生飘移,安全可靠。
At present, air door or baffle plate is popularly used as a method in determining the technical performance of main fan in underground mines, by which the optional operating point of the fan is adjusted through adjustment of flow. Owing to the restriction of the surroundings on site, errors are mostly apeared, nor is it safe. The paper introduces a method by means of metal network together with sticker to make incremental choking of flow. It works with less preparation and without drift in data measuted. The method is simple but safe, easy but reliable.
