摘要
对柴河水库雨、水情况自动测报系统运行状况进行了分析，对洪水资料、设计洪水、可能最大降雨进行了复核。然后依据库水位和累积净雨作判据，通过调节各种设计频率洪水过程，确定柴河水库防洪预报调度规划方式及其规则。
The operation states of Chaihe reservoir and its automatic flood information collection system are first analyzed.The recorded flood data,the design floods and the rainfall with the maximum probability are then checked out.Finally,The planning manner and rules of forecasted control flood for Chaihe reservoir are determined according to affecting factors such as,reservoir level,accumulated runoff,and the results of regulating the various design floods with different probabilities.
