江油地区汶川震害房屋调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of Wenchuan Earthquake Damage on Buildings in Jiangyou District,Sichuan Province,P R China

从结构形式、抗震设防、建设年代及所在区域等方面,对汶川震后江油地区震害房屋进行了实地调查分析,进而作出了总体评价.基于砖木结构、砖混结构、钢筋混凝土框架结构构件的震害情况,总结了它们的震害特征;结合设计、施工、管理相关规范及标准,分析了它们的震害原因;提出了增强震区房屋抗震性能的一些有益措施.

According to structural form,earthquake protection,construction time suffered Wenchuan earthquake damage in Jiangyou district, Sichuan province, P and region of buildings which R China, results of field survey and overall rating are submitted. Based on demage condition of members of brick-wood structure,brick-concrete structure and reinforced concrete frame structure, features of damage buildings are summarried. Combined some related specifications and standards of design,construction and management,causation of damage buildings are analysed. At last, it is proposed that some beneficial measures which can strengthen earthquake-resist function of buildings in the district.
