摘要
在总结国内外学者对EKC曲线研究的基础上,采用河南省1985—2007年的经济和环境数据,建立了单位GDP污染物排放量模型和人均GDP污染物排放量模型,分析了典型环境指标与经济发展之间的关系.结果表明:河南省环境状况和经济发展之间呈现三次曲线、倒U形和"凹函数"和3种形式.由于河南省正处于工业化发展中期,为避免今后对环境造成不可逆转的危害,河南省应该转变经济增长方式,提高要素使用效率,走环境质量与经济增长持续协调发展的新型工业化之路.
Based on the summarization of the documentations on environmental Kuznets curve (EKC)in and abroad, an empirical study of Henan province during the period 1985--2007 was done. To analyze the relationship between environmental change and economic development, the pollutant discharge model per unit GDP and the pollutant discharge model per capita GDP were set up. The results showed that the cubic curve, inverted U-shaped EKC and the concave curve could be used to describe the relationship between environmental change and economic development in Henan province. During the process of industrialization, change the ways of economic growth, inprove efficiency of elements, new-type industrialization road based on sustaine and coordinate environmental quality and economic growth are supposed to adopt in order to avoid the deterioration of environment.
