摘要
针对膜片弹簧的弹性特性与结构特点,对国内已有膜片弹簧数学模型进行分析,提出了以离合器膜片弹簧理想的综合性能要求作为目标函数的方法,并在此基础上建立了全新的数学模型。通过理论性能和试验验证的对比分析,证实了在新模型下得到的膜片弹簧综合性能较以往的设计方案有很大的提高。
Mathematic model of the existing domestic diaphragm spring is analyzed based on elastic properties and structural characteristics of diaphragm spring. It is proposed in the paper to take the ideal comprehensive performance requirements of clutch diaphragm spring as the objective function. On this basis, a brand new mathematical model is established. By comparison and analysis of theoretical study and test verification, it is confirmed that performance of the diaphragm spring obtained from the new models improves greatly compared with the previous designs.
