摘要
白车身薄板件焊接装配误差主要来源于板件误差、焊装夹具误差、焊装过程误差及焊装后回弹等方面,分析了各种误差对装配件误差的影响。重点阐述了板件误差对装配件误差的影响,利用有限元方法建立了薄板件焊装过程的仿真模型,并给出了装配件误差的计算方法。通过实例证明了理论分析和计算方法的有效性,该方法可适用于任意板件和多焊点的装配误差分析。
Assembling error of BIW sheet metal welding mains comes from sheet metal error, welding jig error, error during welding and resilience after welding, effect of different kinds of errors on assembles errors is analyzed in the paper, with focus on the impact of part error on assemblies error. With the finite element method, a model simulating the welding process of sheet metal parts is established and the calculation method of assembly error is proposed. Effectiveness of theoretical analysis and calculation method is validated with examples, the method is applicable to analysis of assembling error of any sheet metal parts and multi welding points.
