摘要
基于河南省水资源分布特征及利用状况,分析了水资源短缺原因,指出水资源开发利用中存在的诸多问题,提出从开源、节流和管理三方面缓解水资源短缺的有效对策。
Based on the distribution characteristics and utilization of Henan water resources, this paper analysed the cause of shortage of water resources, pointed out many problems existing in water resources development and utilization, and the effective measures were proposed to alleviate water resources shortage by broadening sources, reducing costs and management.
