微波炉烘干法快速测试土的含水率指标的试验研究

Study on Rapid Testing Soil Water Content Using Microwave Oven Method

为快速测试粘土的含水率,根据土工试验的基本原理,分别采用微波炉和标准烘箱对填筑的粘土含水率进行测试、比较。试验结果表明,在一定条件下测定土壤含水率,微波炉法与标准烘箱法的测定精度几乎完全一致,但微波炉烘干法测试时间短、便捷、准确度可达规范要求,因此值得推广。

In order to rapid test water content of clay soil, the microwave oven method and standard oven method were compared for testing water content of clay earthwork reclamation based on the principle of geoteehnieal test. The resuits obtained from comparative experiments show that the test precisions of two methods are almost consistent at a certain extent. However, the microwave oven method is fast, and the accuracy can meet the requirement of norm, so it is worth popularizing.
