摘要
针对水泥水化过程中易形成较为复杂的膨胀或收缩应力致使混凝土出现裂缝问题,提出了施工中从选取原材料、设计配合比、选定浇筑方案、控制浇筑过程、保温保湿养护及混凝土内外温度监测等环节上采取一系列的工程技术措施,并配合冷却水管温控措施可有效地防止混凝土裂缝出现。工程实例表明,该防裂措施可行,可为同类工程提供参考。
Owing to the problems of concrete crack resulting from expansion or shrinkage stress of cement in the hydration process, the paper proposed that in the links of materials selection, mix proportion design, pouring scheme selection, pouring process control, heat preservation maintaining, interior and exterior concrete temperature monitoring, a series of engineering technical measures in cooperation with cooling water pipe temperature control could prevent concrete cracking. The engineering example indicated that these crack control measures are effective and feasible, and can be applied to similar projects.
