摘要
介绍了全断面针梁式全圆钢模台车的结构特点,探讨了该车的安装及移位、衬砌步骤、模板拆除及衬砌后混凝土养护等施工工艺,总结了应用该车衬砌的优点及衬砌效果,可大力推广应用于同类工程的衬砌施工中。
This paper introduced the structural features of whole-circle steel-mould stair vehicles of whole-cross needle bridge, analyzed its construction technology such as installation and shift, lining process, form removing and concrete curing after lining, and the lining advantages and effects of this vehicle were summarized. It can be widely popularized and applied in lining construction of similar engineering.
