从燕山水库工程移民安置实践出发,系统总结了燕山水库移民安置在管理体制、规划设计、监理与监测评估、移民资金管理及具体措施的成功做法,可供其他水利水电工程移民安置借鉴。

Because immigrants relocation problem is the key of success or failure in large-scale hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering construction, on the basis of the practice in resettlement of Yanshan Reservoir project, the paper systematically summarized the successful methods in management system, planning and design, supervising and monitoring assessment, resettlement fund management and concrete measures, which can he used for reference to the resettlement of other hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering construction.
