特大型供电企业配电网生产运行管理制度群研究

Study of Production Operation Management System Group for Ultra Big Power Supply Enterprises

针对配电网设备、管理存在的缺陷已成为供电企业亟待解决的问题,系统分析了某特大型供电企业的配网生产运行管理制度,探讨了规章制度的关联性、整体性、系统性及解决制度间关联一致与互补等问题,并提出了修改建议与规范措施,可供同类供电企业借鉴。

Recently, distribution network is more and more important. The reliability of the distribution network has become the crucial term of its level of management. But the gap between distribution network in some areas and the main network is wide due to some historical reasons. How to regulate the management of distribution network is the problem for power supply enterprises. In this paper, systematic analysis, aging analysis, content analysis, and implementation analysis are explored. The production operation management system of a large distribution network of power supply enterprises is sorted out. And the issues of the links between rules and regulations, integrated and systematic solution system, consistency and complementarity between the association and propose targeted are explored. The proposed changes on the domestic power supply distribution network operation and management of production have a certain reference value.
