摘要
国产60-70年代的T611型卧式镗床大多因原结构性能和多年使用的原因,有必要进行精化改造。本文分析了T611型卧式镗床存在的一些弊端,并从数显改造等方面有针对性的介绍了一些精化改造的措施和方法,同时分析了改造后所具有的性能特点。
Model T611 horizontal boring machine manufactured in China from 1960s to 1970s is necessary to for rebuilding mostly because of structural performance limitations and long term use. The article analyzes some disadvantages of the equipment, introduces some measures and methods of precision and rebuilding especially in digital display aspect and discusses performance characteristics after rebuilding.
