对无偿献血者进行人性化护理的效果

Discussion on humanistic nursing for unpaid blood donors

目的探讨对无偿献血者实施人性化护理的效果,以提高献血服务工作质量,建立稳定的无偿献血队伍。方法对实验组献血者实施人性化护理,对照组献血者实施常规护理进行对比研究。结果观察组献血者有疼痛感觉、献血反应发生例数明显低于对照组,献400ml人数明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对无偿献血者实施人性化护理能明显减轻献血者的疼痛,减少献血反应的发生,献400ml人数的比例增加。

Objective To discuss the effect of humanistic nursing for unpaid blood donors,in order to improve the quality of blood services and establish a stable team of the unpaid blood donors. Methods To get comparative study on the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group of blood donors were implementated for humanistic nursing,while the control group blood donors of blood donors were implementated with Conventional care. Results The number of cases who felt pain and had blood donation reaction was significantly lower than the control group, at the same time, the number of donors who donated 400ml was significantly higher,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions It can significantly reduce the pain and the occurrence of blood reaction with the implementation of humanistic nursing,increase the percentage of the number of 400 ml donors.
