摘要 从公平与效率的视角反思我国中小学教师继续教育,存在着继续教育资源配置不平等、继续模式单一僵化、忽视弱势群体、缺乏内在动力和外在活力等现象。应采取合理配置继续教育资源、关注教师接受继续教育的内在动力、拓宽继续教育渠道、坚持有效学习为重心的教育理念等策略去促进中小学教师的继续教育。 Thinking about teachers' continuing education from the fairness and efficiency perspective, there are some phennomnea in our primary and secondary school teachers' continuing education such as imbalanced education resource, single model of continuing education, neglecting vulnerable groups, lacking continue education motivation and so on. So we should take such measures as rational allocating continuing education resources, concerning about the driving force, broadening the education channels to improve teachers' continuing education.
