It is an important theoretical and realistic problem in modern times to explore the ruling law and to improve the ruling ability of CPC After the foundation of New China,in the procession of exploring the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,CPC has achieved a lot in many aspects such as ruling philosophy,ruling basis,ruling task,and ruling strategy,and gradually formed the ruling concept with Chinese characteristics.
