摘要
组织信任作为组织治理的一种重要机制促进了组织绩效的提高,同样组织公平作为一种组织要素,也促进了组织绩效的提高,国内外学者分别从这两个视角分析探讨了对组织绩效的影响。在梳理组织公平理论和信任理论的分析思路基础上,构建了基于组织公平的信任形成的一个逻辑模型,以期对信任机制以及组织绩效的研究提供借鉴。
Organization trust as an important governance mechanism can promote organization efficiency,and organization justice also can promote organization efficiency.Most scholars approach the subject from the two angles isolated.On the analysis basis of the theory of organization trust and the theory of organization justice,this paper establish a logic model of trust formation based on organization justice,so as to give some lesson to the research of trust mechanism and organization efficiency.
