安阳市安运社区高血压人群血液生化学分析

Analysis of Blood-biochemistry of the Crowd with Hypertension at Anyun community in Anyang of Henan Province.

目的了解安阳市安运社区高血压人群血液生化学特点。方法采用完全随机设计病例对照研究的方法,从30岁以上常住人口中随机选取420例高血压患者和391例正常对照。结果在高血压组中,甘油三脂、总胆固醇、血糖明显高于对照组(P<0.05),尿素氮和高密度脂蛋白的含量与对照组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血糖代谢异常可能是人群高血压的重要危险因素。

Objective To understand the characteristic of blood biochemistry of the hypertension crowd in community. Methods Adopt the completely random design and the case control studies, choose 420 cases of hypertension patients and 391 cases of normal contrasts at the random among the permanent residents aged 30 -69. Results In the hypertension group, the triglyceride , total cholesterol , blood sugar are obviously higher than that in contrast group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the content of urea nitrogen and HDL between two groups does not have significance significomf （ P 〉 0. 05 ） Conclusions The triglyceride , total cholesterol , and metabolic disorder of blood sugar may be important dangerous factors of crowd＇s hvoertension.
