摘要
在幂律流体偏心环空层流流动的理论分析基础上,运用控制体积法对幂律流体偏心环空轴向层流的基本方程进行了离散化处理,并利用ADI方法进行了求解,得到了流场中的速度分布、窄宽边速度比等流场参数,结果表明,当偏心度较大时,忽略周向应力的影响会使计算结果产生较大的偏差;偏心度对流场的影响最为明显,偏心度增大时,流量增大,窄宽边的速度比减小。
On the basic of theory analsis that power--law fluid flowing in eccentric annulus, the basic equation of power--law fluid flowing in eccentric annulus about axial laminar flow using the method of volume control, and it is solved with the aid of ADI method, thus the flow field parameters such as velocity distribution, ratio of width velocity, etc can be gotten.
the results indicate that when the eccentricity is higher, there can produce bigger deviation under the condition of neglecting hoop stress. And the influence of eccentricity to flow field is most obvious. When eccentricity increases, the rate of flow increases, and ratio of velocity of narrow side to wide side decrease.
