摘要
概述了气体保护焊实心焊丝在工程机械中的应用,从焊接质量、焊接效率和节能环保出发,在MAG焊工艺方法下,系统分析使用Φ1.2mm焊丝的优越性,纠正了在相同工艺条件下原来认为实心焊丝Φ1.6mm比Φ1.2mm焊接效率高的不全面认识。
describing the applied situation of Ф 1.2mm solid welding silk in engineering machinery, we thought wrongly that Ф 1.6mm solid welding silk is higher than Ф1.2mm solid welding silk on welding efficiency at the same process situation. The paper analyses systematic the superiority of using Ф1.2mm solid welding silk by MAG welding process from the aspects such as welding quality,welding efficiency and energy saving and environmental protection.
